"s*** my d...!" - with such a management instruction was addressed one of the workers by a Wincanton manager as reported by one eyewitness.
After recent redundancies and staff changes at Wincanton site Swan Valley, the company management is struggling to find innovative methods to raise the productivity targets at the workplace. So far the management had confined themselves with only shouting at people and threatening with dismissals. Now the time has come for real action!
As the new competetive environment demands some creativity in people management, the company aparently had decided to go up the level for more assertive methods - along with intimidating language (e.g. "bitc$", "twa$" and other), people have to work their lives under pressure in a hostile and aggressive environment.
Such decision probably is justified due to simple fact that Easter European people are limited in their abilities to stand for their rights at workplace, and those who do - are often eliminated from the company through thrumped-up charges.
Unfortunately, whatever practice the management implies is "fair" and "true" by default and soon becomes a standard.
So this is just to make aware those people who have not experienced such an attitude that this is just normal - get used to it!
Please vote if you have experienced aggressive/abusive behaviour towards yourself at workplace!

The moment where you should have to worry is when a manager is saying such expression as "s*** my d...!" for three times because then, if he had really meant you to do what he says literally, and if you do not do it - you might get in trouble...
So if you are ready to contribute to the company - better do what your manager says - it's only a 10min job anyways..
